Lain’s Luxury is a high end department store that sells luxury products for women. Lain’s has been in business since 191 7 when the first store was opened in Wichita, Kansas. In 1950 Miss Lain declined an offer from Macy’s to purchase the store; instead, the company chose to rebrand into a higher end category, selling luxury goods, which lead to the spread of their department stores across the country to select locations in major cities. Lain's Luxury is for the independent female icon who work hard for luxury and the latest trends, while never straying from the classics.
